* 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
* 2 tablespoons miso paste
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup sake or rice wine
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
* 2 scallions, thinly sliced
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, garlic, sake or rice wine, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes until well combined. Set aside.
Step 2: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until they start to soften.
Step 3: Pour the miso mixture over the green beans and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 4: Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped cilantro and scallions. Serve immediately, while still hot. Enjoy your spicy miso green beans!
