  • * 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • * 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • * 1 tsp of chili powder
  • * 1/2 tsp of cumin
  • * Salt and pepper to taste
  • * Corn tortillas, warmed
  • * Shredded cheese (optional)
  • * Sour cream, guacamole, or other toppings (optional)
