  • * 1 lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into thin strips
  • * 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • * 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • * 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • * 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • * 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • * 1 cup broccoli florets
  • * 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • * 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • * 2 tbsp honey
  • * 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • * Salt and pepper to taste
  • * Sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
  • * Cooked rice or noodles for serving (optional)
