Ingredients
- 1 cup of pitted green olives
- 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of capers
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup of chopped garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Ingredients:
* 2 cups of blood (human or animal)
* 1 cup of sundried tomatoes (preferably organic)
* 1/4 cup of garlic (minced)
* 1/4 cup of shallots (minced)
* 1/4 cup of parsley (chopped)
* 1/4 cup of basil (chopped)
* 1/2 cup of olive oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
Step 2: Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Step 3: Place the mixture in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 4: Pour the tapenade into a serving dish and allow it to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Step 5: Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with crackers, bread, or as a dip. Enjoy!
