Ingredients

* 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
* 1 small onion, finely chopped
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
* 1/4 cup of fresh parsley leaves, chopped
* 2 red chili peppers, seeded and minced
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1. In a large frying pan or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent.
2. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 1 minute on each side, until they turn pink.
3. Add the cilantro, parsley, red chili peppers, salt, and pepper to the pan, and stir well to combine. Cook for another 30 seconds or so, until the chili peppers are fragrant.
