- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
