  • - 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • - 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • - 1/4 cup of cucumber, sliced
  • - 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • - 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Optional: chopped tomatoes for added flavor and color
