Steps
Fresh Salmon Burgers in the Air Fryer Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh salmon fillets, cut into patties (about 4-6 ounces each)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the salmon patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, chopped red onion, minced garlic, dried dill, and smoked paprika.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each salmon patty.
5. Dip each patty in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Place the coated patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch.
7. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top of the patties.
8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
9. Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
