  • * 1 large onion, chopped
  • * 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • * 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • * 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • * 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • * 2 cups beef broth
  • * 1 tsp dried thyme
  • * 1 tsp dried oregano
  • * Salt and pepper to taste
  • * Frozen peas and carrots (optional)
  • Freezer mix skillet goulash beef is a delicious and easy meal that can be prepared in just minutes. This recipe includes all the ingredients you need to make it, including beef stew meat, onions, garlic, green bell peppers, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, beef broth, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, and frozen peas and carrots (optional).
