Flammeküche, also known as tarte flambée, is a delicious French dish that is easy to make at home. This dish consists of a thin crust with a creamy cheese sauce and topped with a variety of ingredients such as lardons, onions, garlic, and bacon.
Ingredients

* 1 pre-made pizza crust or puff pastry sheet
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
* 1/2 cup diced lardons (bacon bits)
* 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Olive oil for cooking
* Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you're using a pizza stone, preheat it in the oven for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until they are soft and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, grated Gruyère cheese, salt, and pepper.
4. Roll out the pre-made pizza crust or puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
5. Spread the cream mixture over the crust, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
6. Add the diced lardons on top of the cheese sauce.
7. Place the onion and garlic mixture on top of the lardons.
8. Transfer the flammeküche to your preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
9. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted and bubbled.
