  • * 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • * 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • * 4 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • * 2 cups rhubarb, trimmed and chopped
  • * 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • * 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • * 1 egg, beaten
  • * Zest of 1 lemon
