  • * 1 can of diced green chilies
  • * 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • * 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
  • * 1/4 cup of finely diced red onion
  • * Assorted vegetables for dipping, such as carrots, celery, and bell peppers
