  • * 4 oz. fresh sage leaves
  • * 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • * 1 tbsp olive oil
  • * Salt and pepper, to taste
  • * 6 chicken apple sausages (such as Johnsonville or Jimmy Dean's)
  • * 2 cups cooked white rice
  • * 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • * 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
