  • * 1 cup sour cream
  • * 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • * 2 tablespoons chopped fresh scallions
  • * 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • To make the everything salmon burgers, preheat your oven to 400°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, dill, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cut the salmon fillet into 4 equal-sized pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper. Press each piece of salmon fillet into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
