Ingredients

  • * 1 lb fresh, firm white fish (such as tilapia or halibut)
  • * 1/2 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • * 1/2 lb scallops, sliced into thin rounds
  • * 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • * 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • * 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • * 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
  • * 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • * Salt and pepper to taste
  • * Crushed tortilla chips for serving (optional)
