  • - 1/2 cup green beans, trimmed
  • - 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • - 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • - 1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
  • - 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Optional: 1 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • - Optional: 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
