Ingredients

  • * 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • * 1 onion, sliced
  • * 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • * 2 bell peppers, seeded and sliced
  • * 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
  • * 1 tsp chili powder
  • * 1 tsp cumin
  • * Salt and pepper to taste
  • * Olive oil or vegetable oil for cooking
  • * Tortillas, shredded cheese, salsa, and any other desired toppings for serving
  • Make sure to cook the chicken fajitas in a slow cooker for at least 6-8 hours on low heat. This will allow the flavors to fully develop and the chicken to become tender and juicy. Serve with your favorite toppings for a delicious and easy meal.
